Sunday Mornings
On Sunday mornings we offer spaces and programs for children of all ages. We also have regular intergenerational Sunday mornings when worship is designed to be engaging for all ages.
Children's Blanket
At the front of the sanctuary is a blanket with cushions, items to keep hands busy, and our panda bear ‘Seymour’. The children’s blanket is a space for children of all ages.
Nursery
The nursery, located at the north end of the foyer, welcomes children three and under. Parents may stay and enjoy the service with their children - a large window and speakers connect the nursery to the sanctuary – or leave their children with the attendant and join the congregation in the main sanctuary.
Programs
Following the Children’s Time in worship, children and youth are invited to attend programs.
Communion Sundays
On communion Sundays children will go directly to Children’s Community after the announcements. They will re-join their families and the rest of the congregation when it is time for communion, so we can share in the bread and the cup together.

Beyond Sunday mornings, we offer children’s choir and youth choir, an annual Christmas play performed at Mount Seymour and at First United Church Mission in the Downtown Eastside, summer kids camp for one week of the summer, and all ages events like Faith, Food & Fun.
